Wholesale Policies

Spadét manufactures premium, 100% natural skin care products using natural oils, essential oils and antioxidants for healthy skin. Spadét products are healthy for the consumer and the environment.

Both essential and natural oils do not like extreme, or repeated changes in temperature. Do not leave oils in a place where the sun will shine directly on them. Over a period of months this will dramatically speed up the process of oxidation (deterioration) due to them continually heating up and cooling down. Choose a cool, dark place to keep them safely away from heat.

Order Minimum

The minimum opening order is $200; reorders $100.  There is a $20 service charge for orders accepted under the minimum and 50% down payment required for all special order items.

Payment

All opening orders must be Visa, Master Card, American Express or Paypal.  Net 30 terms are available with approved credit. Credit application with sufficient trade and bank references must be submitted for credit approval. Past due invoices will be charged interest at the rate of 2% per month on any unpaid balance.  A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Lead Times

In stock items are generally shipped within five (5) working days from receipt of order.  Special orders are shipped, as stock is made available.  Out of stock items will be placed on backorder to ship as they become available.  Customer is responsible for advising their sales representative at the time of order of any special delivery date or shipping requirements.  Shipping prices are dependent on exact weight and will be determined at time of shipment.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Items are billed at prices in effect at time of shipment.  Customization is available – pricing available upon request.

Returns/Claims

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies and call us to report a claim at (888)908-0484.  Trucking damage claims must be reported to the driver upon delivery.  Failure to note damages/shortages on delivery receipt may result in claims being denied.  Claims must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.   Spadét will not accept freight/common carrier damage claims. All breakage claims are to be addressed directly to the carrier and damages must be reported to the driver upon delivery.  No returns will be accepted without our return authorization (RA) number and must be returned with appropriate packing material.  Any return shipped and received back to Spadét broken because of inadequate packing material will not be credited. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred.  Authorized returns will be in the form of credit memo only.  All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
